At Apex Outpost, we stand behind the products we design, test, and use ourselves—including our Dual Band Night Vision Bridge (bridging PVS-14 with Armasight Sidekick or FLIR Breach Thermal), Garmin Force Trolling Motor Remote Mounting Brackets, Apex NanoTech aerospace-grade nanoparticle lubrication, and custom laser engraving/marking services. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
We offer a straightforward return and refund policy so you can shop with confidence.

1. Return Window
- Most unused items may be returned within **15 days** of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
- Sale or clearance items are eligible for return within **7 days**.
- Custom laser-engraved or marked products are considered personalized and are **non-returnable** unless defective or produced incorrectly due to our error.

2. Eligibility for Return
Items must be returned in **new, unused condition** with:
- Original packaging
- All accessories, manuals, and components included
- No signs of wear, damage, or modification
We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned item does not meet these conditions.

3. Defective or Damaged Items
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within **7 days** of delivery.
- We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and, at our option, issue a replacement, repair, or full refund (including original shipping costs).
- Night vision bridges and thermal-related products: Due to sensitive optics, please do not attempt installation if you suspect an issue—contact us first for guidance.

4. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email and process your refund within **5–10 business days**.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of our error).
- For orders with free shipping promotions, the free shipping value may be deducted if the return drops the order below the qualifying threshold.

5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (defective item, wrong item shipped, etc.), in which case we provide a prepaid label.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing insurance for high-value items.

6. Exchanges
- If you need a different size, color, or variant, we’re happy to exchange—simply return the original item and place a new order, or contact us for assistance.

8. How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact us at support@apexoutpost.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
3. Package the item securely and include the RA number on the outside of the box.
4. Ship to the address we provide.
