At Apex Outpost, we are committed to getting your high-performance outdoor gear—such as our Dual Band Night Vision Bridge (PVS-14 with Armasight Sidekick or FLIR Breach Thermal), Garmin Force Trolling Motor Remote Mounting Brackets, Apex NanoTech lubrication, and custom laser-engraved products—to you quickly and reliably. We design and use the products we sell, so we understand the importance of fast, secure delivery for your adventures.

1. Order Processing Time


- Orders are typically processed and shipped within **1–3 business days** after payment is received (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Custom laser engraving and marking services may require an additional **2–5 business days** for production, depending on the complexity and quantity of items submitted.
- During peak seasons (e.g., hunting, fishing, or holiday periods), processing times may be slightly longer. We’ll notify you if there’s any delay.

2. Shipping Carriers and Methods


We partner with trusted carriers including:
- USPS (United States Postal Service) – Primary for most domestic orders.
- UPS – For heavier items or expedited delivery.
- FedEx – Available upon request for certain expedited options.

3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times


Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method.

**Standard Shipping (United States):**
- Free standard shipping on orders over $100 (continental U.S. only).
- $8.95 flat rate for orders under $100.
- Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days.

**Expedited Options (United States):**
- 2-Day Shipping: Contact us for availability.
- Overnight Shipping: Available for select items (contact us for availability on custom or heavy products).

**International Shipping:**
- Available to most countries.
- Rates and estimated delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

4. Shipping Restrictions


- Some products (e.g., night vision devices) may be subject to export restrictions under U.S. regulations (ITAR/EAR). We will comply with all applicable laws and may require additional documentation for international orders.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for certain carriers or heavy items.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Track your package directly through the carrier’s website or by contacting our customer support.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments


- If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
